This year we're making some changes to the CSA. We are not offering a half share and full share. Instead we are offering, what we are calling, a mid size share. I would say that it will feed a family of three. But, it's all relative to how many vegetables you and your family can eat in a week.
The 2011 season for the CSA members will be 15 weeks long, starting in May and ending in August.
All of the information needed to sign up, or fulfill your curiosity as to what we are offering, will be up on the Fertile Crescent Farm website by December 7th.
I promise this is not a high pressure sales tactics, but you should know we are downsizing the CSA by half and we are offering a limited number of pickups at the South of the James location. Sign up early!
